These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.bnbinfosys.com and any sub domains (collectively, the "Site"), owned and operated by BNB Security & Automation Solutions Pvt Ltd ("BNB", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing or using the Site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
